My stay at TownePlace Suites Nashville Midtown was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The check-in process was seamless, and the hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchenette was a great touch, making it easy to enjoy a meal or snack without having to go out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring Nashville. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great selection to start the day. The location in Midtown was perfect—close enough to downtown for easy access but far enough to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. Overall, TownePlace Suites Nashville Midtown exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

This hotel is a complete disappointment, with the only positive being its location. The service is terrible, and the hotel is dishonest. On the day of check-out, I was charged an additional fee of over 900 USD without any prior notice. The hotel refuses to refund the amount, and I was not informed about this charge during check-out. I strongly advise against staying here.

They said they come to do house-keeping after every 2 days and they make the bed for you as well. When they came in on the 2nd day, they never had my bed made. It was as it was since last 2 nights for which I checked out early before my scheduled check out date which was the next day. I had the room for 3 nights but only stayed there for 2 nights because of it.
